The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Omaha District (NWO) intends to pursue award of Tenant Renovation of Secure Spaces (TRSS) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) to Defense Attaché Office Renovation in support of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) mission assignments OCONUS.
The services are requested to meet the Defense Intelligence Agency's (DIA) OCONUS specialized security upgrades in US facilities in support of a unique Defense Agency program. Project work is for overseas office renovation work in restricted core areas of diplomatic facilities. Work includes secure material shipping to overseas locations from CONUS location, and restricted access requirements. On site work needs to be done by us citizens with top secret clearance.
This contract's requirements include the ability to process classified information and to access highly restricted areas. Contactors must complete work using top secret cleared non-foreign nationals that can also meet the overseas travel requirements.
